My hunger-bar is not going down, and I can sprint without stopping automatically?

Works As Intended

Whenever I sprint, I will run forever and will not stop.
My hunger does not go down or anything.
Does anyone have an issue like this or similar to this?

Make sure your difficulty setting is not set at it lowest. What you are describing is what happens in "peaceful" mode.
