While playing in any world, I will get kicked out of my world and an error code will pop up stating "Error Code: Software was closed because an error occured". The game will then close and I go back to my console home page. I will then open the Minecraft game, and I select the world I was currently playing and the world will not load. The screen will remain on the loading screen for several minutes until I restart my game or until I get another Error Code pop up.
