[MCPE-1186] When open split touch controls split touch controls remove 1 item slot

When open split touch controls split touch controls remove 1 item slot , when close split touch controls 1 item slot added
1- go to the options in the main menu
2- close/open split touch controls
3- enter a one world (not multiplayer)
4- one item slot added or removed
İ put photos look at the photos and item bar

I think this is intentional, so your right thumb has more room to move around.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
