This is for a PlayStation 4 version but cannot find any options that fit this. All Frozen 2 skins have gone missing (or invisible)

What an absolute joke your platform is, I bought something it doesn't work and you throw nothing but hurdles at me asking me to jump through multiple hoops with no effort to actually help just close it off and move on, if I treat customers like this in my role I wouldn't even have a job! Shocking state of affairs. None of my children will be wasting their birthday money on this game. Pathetic!!
