The 1st picture is the crossbow when in right hand but is loaded so is supposed to appear in the middle and the 2nd picture is the crossbow going through the shield an offhand item so as you can see the crossbow appears to be flipped the 1st picture of the crossbow is supposed to appear with a shield and the 2nd picture of the crossbow supposed to appear if is a shield.
{"I don't know if picture 3 is intended or not"} (3rd picture the totem of undying disappear/not appearing if the crossbow is loaded and arrow does not appear too)
