I was making a barrier trap when suddenly the whole ground went red! The barrier was placed on an oak plank block with 1x2 smooth stone blocks on one side to the other. I was in creative mode. I flew above one or more blocks at a certain spot above the barrier block. That’s when the floor went red. I started flying up and I noticed the barrier block became 20 times bigger. I wanted to see if it can be any bigger so I flew higher. And I became 50 times bigger. I think the barrier block is just an image that follows where your facing. So my hypothesis is, when the player looks at the ground, the ground is flat. So, when you look above the barrier block, it turns diagonally randomly. It does not look up. But, when there are 1x2 pillars beside it and look above it, it has no way to turn diagonally. So, that’s when the game didn’t know what to do. It’s just my theory though.
