[MCPE-119292] Minecraft on Switch not logging into Microsoft account

I have one of two of the problems consistently as it logs me out of my account randomly

This means either I have to try and sign in and it takes ages then says there was an :error" or "problem with your account" and the second is I asks me to verify my Microsoft account 5 times before it lets it start signing in. I;m very annoyed about this as I only got it to play cross platform as I can't get an Xbox at the moment
