[MCPE-119527] Player can randomly take damagae when standing on top of a boat where the part is hanging on the air

Players will randomly take damage when there is a boat at the edge of a block where a part of it is hanging and there is 5 blocks or more then the game thinks you are falling when in reality you are standing on a boat
