Please refund my world purchase. It does not work.

I raised this bug today:  MCPE-119597

It was closed as a duplicate.  But the call the call it was linked to has been ongoing for some time and there is no resolution.

There is obviously a real problem due to the number of people complaining.

So I understand that the call is duplicate.  But the linked call is a dead-end.

The purchase does not work at all.  Please advise me how I can get my money back.
