[MCPE-11996] Wither Skeletons Shoots Arrows on The Real Minecraft World

When You Spawn A Wither Skeleton, It will charge you with his sword on the nether. While Wither Skeletons in the Real Minecraft World or Overworld the Wither skeletons acts as a normal Skeleton , it will shoots arrows while holding a sword.
