After I beat the ended dragon I went back to the end to go to the end city but I wanted to do something in creative but I hit the portal with my pickaxe and it broke the portal is gone and I want the portal back can you please fix it

We do not have any access to your game files and cannot replace blocks that you accidentally break. If you are in creative you can simply fly out to an end city in the direction of the broken portal though.
