Lost my worlds when accidentally deleted Minecraft

I was trying to update Minecraft then I accidentally pressed un install and it deleted all my worlds. I hope there's a way to earn them back because I worked hard on those worlds and they took me days. I thought it would save but none of my worlds were saved.
