When Signing in it will take you to sisu.xbox.com and the "SIGN IN" is place on the down left corner and we I can't click it, and also "Let's Go!" Button doesn't work, this started from 1.16.200 beta and affects 1.16.20, 1.16.40, 1.16.100, 1.16.101, 1.16.200, 1.16.201, 1.16.210 latest release.
