[MCPE-120239] Account errors on Bedrock Edition direct to help.mojang.com

Many, if not all, account errors on Bedrock edition are still going to help.mojang.com, rather than the new help.minecraft.net

Shouldn't this go in the bedrock code pack project?

Is this still an issue in the latest version? I have no repro on this one.

A person in the Minecraft discord had an account issue with this error message: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/832290638715682827/832290981860474900/image0.jpg so it still looks like it's an issue on 1.16.220
