Camerashake works for all players even when "@s"

This is still an issue in the latest version. Several target selectors do not work as they should with the /camerashake command.

Steps to reproduce:

1) enter command: /camerashake add @s 1 10

2) enter command: /camerashake add @p 1 10

Observed result in both cases: All players in the world get camerashake.

Expected results:

1) only player entering command gets camerashake

2) only nearest player gets camerashake
