I cant eat and my hungry bar wont fall in any mode not in normal not in hard it doesn't fall

1. Try to eat a golden apple / enchanted apple / Chorus fruit

2. In your world’s options, make sure you’re not in peaceful difficulty.

Tried but only able to eat on creative mode! Where as in survival my hunger wont go down although i am playing in normal mode

You may have an ability running try doing the command "/ability" and look though that
