i cant play the game

when ever I shift and then look it glides I cant place blocks down I cant eat I cant block I cant use a bow m\my right click on my mouse is not working (but it works in other games) on minecraft I have done everything I turned all the stuff in settings off and on I tried doing a whole bunch of other things I have tried downloading minecraft again nothing changed after I redownloaded it even does this in every version from 1.0 all the way up to every single version I want this fixed in the next update
