[MCPE-120848] I have put a powdersnow block on a fence and the fence is not go destroyed

I have put a powdersnow block on a fence and the fan e is not go destroyed, sory about my wrong Grammer.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
