I play mobile more often than with Xbox. Whenever I download a skin to use on multiplayer it does not show up for the other players (I just appear as Minecraft Steve) and its very frustrating. At first I thought it might be because I wasn't signed in but after signing in with my Xbox account on my iPhone it still had the same effect. I have tried many solutions but none work. Please help.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

In Settings > Profile, do the other players have "Only Allow Trusted Skins" enabled? If so, please have them try disabling it and see if that fixes the issue.
