Since the last update when jumping or running keep glitching into the ceiling or wall blocks with then causes suffocation damage and sometimes death losing items. and even occurs jumping down from higher level onto the floor where sink into floor,
Players on windows 10, xbox one and ps4 all receiving same issues on server
