[MCPE-120991] Trident enchanted with Loyalty II disappears and does not return to the player when passing through the Nether portal

When the player throws the trident with Loyalty 2 and, shortly thereafter, crosses the portal, the weapon simply disappears! It is not in any of the dimensions (overworld or Nether).
