Can confirm using the 1.16.220 resource pack provided on the Minecraft website.

This can also be reproduced using the following:

Command: /playsound mob.pillager.celebrate

Repeat the command several times and notice that occasionally no sound is played. The game attempts to play the "celebrate3" sound but is unable to do so.

Well, it's been 2 years. What's so hard about fixing a typo, and even can be done simply by myself?
