[MCPE-121182] No buttons appear on the screen.

The menu button does not appear in Minecraft's BedrockEdition, version 1.16.20.

I want to use Makecode, so I'm using the version 1.16.20 that connects to Makecode without any problems, so I can't upgrade to 1.16.210.

I would like to ask you to fix the bug so that the button will appear in 1.16.20.

I am happy to report that my problem was successfully solved using this method.

I also want to upgrade to the latest version 1.16.210.
But as Makecode is unstable, I know that keeping the past version 1.16.20 will not cause any problems.
