windows 10 version crash

When i load the game it goes to fullscreen mode and i press play it freezes for a minute and crashes only happened in 0.13.1

@unknown Are running Pocketmine in conjunction with Minecraft Windows 10 Edition? If so you may want to change the port number in the server config. That fixed the problem with the game crashing for me.
