I'm trying to get into my realm and whether I'm trying to replace the world or just log in, it says cannot find a place to upload the world maybe check your internet connection? In addition my skin has gone back to default. Please restore. (I have signed out of my Microsoft account and restarted my phone, closed to the realm, restarted my phone and then started Minecraft trying to replace the world and I still couldn't get in. Please restore or advise. Thanks

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets. Bugs with connecting, uploading, and skin loss would be separate.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported.
Please also note that realm management issues should be reported in the REALMS project. Be sure to search there for existing reports.
