[MCPE-121392] Mobile sneak button doesn't work half the time

Trying to tap sneak twice like you normally do on mobile doesn't work like it should. It does not toggle the sneak function half the time.

Unlike Windows, mobile has a sort of delay for pressing the sneak button. The faster you click, the more you toggle your sneaking. It never just ignores a click

Is it still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
