I purchased your app a while ago. I signed out of my Microsoft account but I now can't sign back in. It keeps taking me to the Xbox site, and when I sign in using my details, it takes me back to Minecraft but I am not signed in. I have done this many times

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
