Exiting out of the world when you dye a sheep, resets after quitting.

Note: This bug appears in 0.13.1, but there is no option.

How to reproduce this bug:
Go in creative and get a sheep spawn egg
Spawn a sheep and dye it and color
After dyeing the sheep quit the game.
Go back to the world and you will see the sheep's color is back before it was dyed.
