When I want to open Minecraft shop it says there is an error with your account it says is going to be fix in several days but I am waiting already a week. do you have any suggestions??? Thanks for your help.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your picture shows that you are using an outdated beta version 1.14.1.3 and on the Windows platform (though the ticket Platform says PlayStation). We can only accept bug reports for the latest release version (1.16.210) or beta version of the game.
In the latest release version, error -2 is tracked as MCPE-120084.
