[MCPE-121835] Vines cannot be placed on Moss Block

Summary:-

I tried placing vines on Moss block and it just can't be placed.

How To Reproduce:-

1:- Place a Moss Block.

2:- Grab vines.

3:- Now place the vines on the moss block.

Observed Results:-

Vines cannot be placed on Moss Block.

Expected Results:-

Vines should be placed on Moss Block.
