[MCPE-122001] Moss do not block the water

Hi! Today i just found a bug that Moss do not block water when you placed it in the water block. When you placed it placed the Moss in the Water it usually looks like it blocks the water and now water has gone and after then you break it you just see that water is not gone means when the Moss is placed on water it just absorb the water but when you break it all the water come again as i have say means after after breaking the Moss where you placed in water the water have not gone. I hope you understand this issue.

This issue is nor resolved i reported it because this new version of beta has been affected by this bug so please kindly resolve this issue.
