At character #256 (approximately and not including the hyphens that appear automatically to express continuity on the next line), it doesn't allow you to continue typing even if there is some space left for a few more characters. However, you can continue typing if you reload the editing, delete the last character (-1) and type a "§" (+1), which allows you to add an extra character (+1) and so on until you reach the end of the page.
Steps to Reproduce:
Take a book and quill.
Type numbers or letters until the game won't let you place any more. Example: 123456789012...
Observed Results:
The game will not allow you to type more letters/numbers after you reach (approximately) the 256th letter/number, even if you haven't completely filled the page.
Expected Results:
The game does not allow you to write more letters/numbers when you have already filled the last line.

Hello this still effect version 1.20.0 . I’ve noticed books that were already signed and end with complete sentences instead are now being show as incomplete.
Example: The ball bounced.
After update: The ball bounc…
A way to reproduce would be to look at books that were signed from previous updates and/or try typing a full page of a minecraft book & quill.
I hope to have the right amount of characters displayed inside a book and quill/ a signed book.
