This bug is a water based bug which allows water to flow through a corner glass pane. The water flows Through the block as a full water block and then out of the block. Inspect the screenshot for a better view of what happens.

Duplicate of MCPE-35384, which is working as intended. Unfortunately it is not possible to only waterlogg a part of a glass pane/iron bars ect.
