The first and second images below is my minecraft, as you can see my sub-icons do not appear on the screen, the third and last photo is the minecraft on my sister's cell phone (which is the same model as mine) I would like you to solve this because i'm having trouble losing worlds it took days to build.

I can't save my worlds because I use MCPE, three icons appear above my screen, including a pause symbol, when none of the sub-icons appear, such as "continue the game", "options", "comments" and "save and exit "
