[MCPE-122976] i can not play on realms on my computer and have tried everything to try fix it

hi there,

i can not seem to play online or multiplayer. i hope you can please help me in this situation, this morning i bought mincraft thinking it was going to be easy to set up, i managed to add my Microsoft account to it and then it all started to go down hill, it says that i cant play realms and cant play multiplayer i have looked all over YouTube but cant fix it on ,my computer.
