Floating Water can be achieved after water logging cactus with fire on each side of the cactus

How to reproduce in text

- Step 1 : Place a cactus

- Step 2 : Light fire on each side of the cactus

- Step 3 : Crouch and waterlog the cactus

- Step 4 : Place a block next to the cactus causing it to break

- Step 5 : The water should now be floating and is not affected by gravity
