Problem: Sometimes on BDS, mining and collecting a dyed shulker box will do the pickup animation and "pop" but it does not show in the inventory. I have only got this issue to work on BDS, never in single player. The world I play has been going since 1.16 dropped and it does have some addons and resource packs, but they are not the issue. I have only tested on Windows 10. I think it may have something to do with the new things to help with block lag.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get a shulker box, dye it, put some items in it, and place it.
2.Use the shulker box, move items and such, you want the shulker box's data to change.
3.Mine it (in survival on BDS) and observe. You may need to do it a few times. You may also try introducing lag into the equation.
Observed Results:
About 80% of the time you will pickup the box and it will appear in your inventory as expected. But the rest of the time it will not show in your inventory, relog and it will appear.
Expected Results:
The shulker box should show in your inventory every time you pick it up.
