Purchased this game for my daughter. The game won't do anything, it is completely frozen and will only glitch from time to time. What do we need to do to fix this issue? I don't know much about how to tell you what system or java edition we have, but if you can direct me where to find it, I can look it up.

Exactly This is for reporting bugs after you have the game or somethings not working in the game not the game is not working at all
