[MCPE-123589] Unknown Item with nameless

What kind item this again texture kinda looking not finish work or not successful to use that same again from my old version 1.16.230.50 But still this item look like familiar and but not so weird and can you fix this item make his design true identity so we can know what kind item his look like

the item is: item.glow_frame
search in command: /give @p item.glow_frame
but the item did not get it, after which it said: no such item.glow_frame exists with that data value
