When you ride in a minecart and look up towards the sky or when going up a hill, it triggers the minecart to jump up and it becomes the only thing you see. It doesn't do this when looking down, only when looking up. It makes it hard to see where you're going and if there's anything wrong with the track. This is on the PS4 version of Minecraft.
