Game stays on 30fps when ingame, never going above that

After updating to 1.16.220, Minecraft got rid of most of the imput lag that was in the game but i noticed that after the update that fixed that when ingame the fps stays put on 30fps (before this update it stayed at 50-60fps). It could be a workaround that the devs made to not have bad imput delay (there was imput delay just 55 fps or up on 1.16.210).

As you can see on the image, even on superflat worlds with nothing on it doesn't go above 30 fps.

Note: this bug only occurs ingame. On the menus the imput delay is gone completely with 60fps kept.
