After updating to 1.16.220, Hopper minecarts ("Minecart with Hopper") do not display the hopper component. They look exactly the same as a regular minecart. However, they still function correctly and the player can access the hopper inventory. This appears to be a graphical/display issue only.
I have confirmed this issue exists on XBox One and Windows 10.
