[MCPE-124520] Sea lanterns

I was trying to mine some sea lanterns for my house in Minecraft and it didn't drop so I used my silk touch pickaxe and it still didn't work I reloaded my game and it still didn't work. I did this in my 2017 SMP, that may be the cause of other bugs I have encountered.

Do you get prismarine crystals when you mine the Sea Lanterns?
Does the same issue happen in a newly created world?

After a database clear it started working again so it must have been the cache built up.
