From last month my Marketplace and account does not work. This problem has been reported twice. I received answer that it had been resolved. It seems like nothing has been fixed and I've got the same problem all the time. I can't fully enjoy game which I paid for. It always shows me an error.
It's ridiculous that I'm told that problem is resolved but it's not true. I expect you to look closer to this issue. If you can't work on that, I expect to have refund for Minecraft game and Realms Plus.
Please find attach screenshot which is the proof that problem still exist.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-120158, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
The ticket MCPE-120158 (which is the parent issue that is the main ticket tracking the error number -3 issue) is still open
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
