Me and my brother were playing minecraft and had gotten to the end but after the first end crystal was destroyed the Shulker Boxes we had place on the obsidan platform dissaspered for no reson at all

When you respawn the dragon, the structures, like the exit portal the End pillars and when you enter the end regenerate to what they are supposed to be, removing blocks in the structure or touching.
