MCPE player was in the word but cannot move and display the character

Step to reproduce:

None

Observed Results:
The player who has this bug can enter the world/server, but he cant move and see nothing. This player can only throw items in inventory and grab drops. The other players cant see the player's body but can deal damage to him. After a few minutes the whole game will crash ending with kicking out all players in the server/world.

Expected Results:
The player's character should be working normally

Notes:
This bug started with game crashing after the player close a tap door in the water and being kicked by the system immediately. After the player relogged in the bug existed.
