Whenever playing on Multiplayer servers, or with friends, it will take awhile for blocks (except players, mobs, and chests) to load. Photos below show an example of this bug happening. There is also a video included which shows how long it takes for the blocks to load in Multiplayer, this video also shows that the pause menu won’t pop up until all blocks are loaded in.
Steps to Reproduce:
Join a multiplayer game or server.
Transfer to a different area, until it causes blocks to take awhile to load.
So far, a temporary fix for the bug is to quit the multiplayer game, and rejoin, however it will only take a few minutes for the bug to reappear, so this temporary fix is sorta useless. You can also restart Minecraft, but that’s also useless.

Also, this bug has been affecting me since 1.16.200 released, I'm surprised no one noticed this.
