Everytime I play minecraft, my character walks by itself every couple of minutes even though my hands aren't touching the keyboard. And no I don't have sticky keys because I disabled it.

Could you add more details (circumstances, media files preferably taken with keyboard overlay) to your report?

Hi, i once had that on my old phone, and it was the sweat on the screen that came from my fingers, so i puased my game and cleaned my screen, if it still does that auto walking after you cleaned your screen properly then it is a bug, I'm just saying that that happened to me cause of that i explained.
