You have to be on survival mode playing with someone else
Then you have to travel on nether portals multiple times (it doesn't happen always)
The portal must be next to a big wall, a cave or next to a mountain (on the base), both of the portals you are traveling
Sometimes doesn't suffocate you, but sometimes it does, and the stuff probably dissapears when you die (i never found it when it happened to me)
You expect to appear normally, but sometimes you appear on the wall
If you lose all of your progress it's not fun anymore
