Can't place Pressure plates And Buttons in a specific world.

I can't place Pressure Plates or Buttons, but only in a specific world. 

My friends can place them completely fine but i can't for some reason.

How to reproduce
1. Try to place a pressure plate or a button in the attached world

It somehow fixed itself
